 5 berth challenger caravan needs tlc central
al heating, fridge/freezer, shower, toilet, hot water 2 rooms, cooker, grill,
the caravan is approx 8 years old and has been sat on drive for a while. the floor needs slight reinforcing as there is small dip on entrance but not bad. small patches of rot at rear and front of caravan which has caused a hole on back right hand corner approx 6 by 2 inch big gas system needs fitting electrics work on mains and battery but battery flat. dips in patches on ceiling.
apart from these pointers the caravan is tidy and comfortable and only got used on occasion. genuine reason for sale as i am now a dad and dont have time for caravan and need the money.
